[osu!std] Tatze's German-Speaking Winter Duos

[2vs2] [1k-infinity] This is an osu!Standard, 2v2 tournament with a maximum team size of 3. All lobbies will enforce NF and ScoreV2. The rank range for this tournament is 1k+ after a progressive BWS is applied. This tournament is restricted to the DACH region. Only players that live in Germany, Switzerland and Austria are allowed to participate. Any registrant must have the corresponding flag on their profile.
