[osu!std] OCWT #8

OCWT is a series of Chinese-based tournaments that went international since last year. The 8th installment of the series is scheduled to begin the 3rd weekend of May 2016 (Group stage to happen May 21st and 22nd). Sign-ups are open as of today, and to close ONE week (May 14th) prior to the beginning of the tournament, or when registered teams are capped. 1. All nationalities are welcome. 2. This will be a 4-on-4 tournament
