[osu!std] North America Tournament 2023

This is a 1v1 osu!standard tournament open to players of all ranks. Players who have a flag on their profile from a country in North America are the only ones allowed to participate. All matches shall be played using Head to Head, ScoreV2. The top 16 players from qualifiers shall move onto a double-elimination bracket stage.
