[osu!std] Bangin' osu! Beatdown (BOB)

Bangin' osu! Beatdown (BOB) is an international 4v4 osu!Standard tournament, with team sizes of 4 to 8. The rank range for BOB will be 1000-9999. There is NO rank buffer and BWS will NOT be used. Players will be allowed to leave the rank range after registrations are concluded. BOB will be a Team VS tournament. ScoreV2 will be used as the win condition throughout the tournament.
