[osu!std] Ulat Cup 2022

The Ulat Cup 2022 (UCUP 2022) was a double-elimination 1v1 osu! tournament hosted by Millie. The tournament was open to all players from all ten ASEAN member states ( Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) within the #5,000 - #30,000 rank range. Despite yet another format change from its previous iterations, the tournament was formally regarded as the fifth official instalment of the Ulat Bulu Cup tournament series.
