This is a 3v3, osu! standard tournament.
The rank range is 100 to 999. BWS will not be used for rank range enforcement.
The tournament will be played in scorev2.
The tournament will hold a maximum of 32 countries for teams.
Teams will be seeded by qualifier results (sorted by sum of all scores from a team).
