[osu!std] Vivid Veritas

Vivid Veritas is a 2v2, team size 4, double elimination international tournament taking inspiration from ESSA, CTC and Speed Cup with a focus on tapping-oriented maps such as speed, finger control, and stamina. However, it is also not a pure shred concept as there will be additions of rhythm and stream maps. The minimum team size allowed is 2. The tournament rank range is 5,000 - 99,999 with standard BWS applied. Badges earned prior to Jan 1st, 2023 will not count in the BWS Formula. SEE SPREADSHEET FOR MOD USAGE
