[osu!std] Shogeki's Rock & Metal Matchups

🎵This is a double elimination osu!Standard tournament involving maps ONLY of the rock and metal song genres. 🎵There will be BWS with NO rank buffer, formula being Rank^0.9937^(BadgeCount^2) 🎵 Badges from before January 1st 2022 will not count toward this formula. 🎵The format is 3v3 team size 6. Rank range being 1k-20k. 🎵 This tournament will be round of 32, meaning only 32 teams qualify. 🎵 All players & staff MUST join the discord server. 🎵 This tournament will undergo offical osu staff screening. 🎵 All scheduling will use Universal Coordinated Time (UTC). 🎵 Only certain staff will be allowed to staff and play. These staff members are: commentators and streamers.
