[osu!std] Snail's Banned Format

[3v3 TS5 | 10k - 100k BWS] The "Gimmick" of this tournament is in its pick/ban structure: First, there are no rolls, the higher seeded team will decide on either first pick or second pick, the team that first picks will ban first, and the team that picks second bans second. The pick ban order in match will go: Team A Pick, Team B Pick, Team A Ban, Team B Ban, Team A Pick, Team B Pick, Team A Ban, Team B Ban, Team A Pick, Team B Pick, Team A Ban, Team B Ban.... As many times as necessary until the match ends. There are no protects, but each team will get a pick before either team gets to ban. Each team will have a larger number of bans than usual, but they will be used throughout the match. Matches can end before each team has fully used all of their bans, this is expected. Freemod: Your team must have at least one HR player, and at least one modded non-HR player, and at least 3 total mods among the team: HR, HD, HD is allowed HDHR, EZ, NM is allowed HR, HDEZ, NM is allowed HDHR, HR, NM is NOT allowed HDEZ, HD, NM is NOT allowed HR, HR, HR is NOT allowed EZ multiplier is 1.8x EZHD multiplier is 2x
