[osu!std] UK Community Cup 13

[STD] [1v1, Open Rank] This tournament is a 1v1, British tournament. Only users with a profile flag from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man are eligible to participate in this tournament. Matches will be Head to Head, Score V2. Players will be seeded by the sum of normalised scores from a qualifier stage. The top 48 players will progress onto a 48 player, double-elimination bracket.
