[osu!std] Yang's Auspicious Party

This is an international, 2v2 tournament with team sizes of 2 - 3 players rank #100 - #20,000 BWS. The highest two BWS rank players on the team must have an average of 250 or lower (250, 251, 252...). This must hold true until the end of registration.
