[Open Rank] | 1v1 [RU Only] (Skill Issue Custom Screening) Only players with the flag of the Russian Federation can take part in the tournament . At the end of registration, 32 players will advance to the first stage, based on their Skill Issue rating , by a statistical bot based on the Microsoft model - TrueSkill . If a player has given notice 2 days before the start of the match that he will not be able to play, the grid will be rebuilt and the next player will advance. All players are required to join the tournament Discord server . All matches will be played in 1v1 format . All matches will be played in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) . NoFail must be enabled on every card. Asynchronous matches are prohibited . The first stage of the tournament is held according to the Swiss system , details below. The second stage of the tournament is held in a double-elimination format , details below. Hosts, mappoolers, mappool testers, DNS consultants and referees are not allowed to register as players and participate in the tournament.
