[osu!std] South African osu! Tournament 6

The tourney would have 3 separate divisions namely LEGENDS, DIV 1 and DIV 2 Qualifier would work slightly differently compared to previous years. There will be 2 separate qualifiers with different Star Ratings. All players below 70k global rank will have to first play in the LEGENDS Qualifier. Top 16 performers in the LEGENDS Qualifier will then be allocated in the LEGENDS division. Players (top 70k global rank) who did not qualify for LEGENDS, will then play in DIV1/2 Qualifier alongside every other player (70k+) for division placements. Top 32 players in DIV 1 and the remaining players would be in DIV 2. (Top 70k players have to be placed, at lowest, DIV1.) Score V2 would be used throughout the tournament including qualifiers. All players have to sign-up for DIV1/2 Qualifiers.
