[osu!std] Abbey's Troll Map Tournament 2

ATMT2 is an international 3v3 osu! standard tournament for players ranked 10k - 100k. T1: 10000-35000 T2: 35001-60000 T3: 60001-100000 Each team can only have at most 3 T1 players but at least 1 T3 player in a team, it's ok for how many T2 players you want. During a map, each team can only have at most 1 T1 player but at least 1 T3 player, it's ok for how many T2 players you want.
