[osu!std] Stage's Tranquility Tournament 4

After two years, STT is back! STT4 is an international, double-elimination, 2v2 osu! tournament with team sizes ranging from 2 to 4. The tournament will be played using TeamVS and ScoreV2. Players who are ranked #150-15,000 (BWS) in the osu! game mode may participate. There is no rank buffer. Ranks will be frozen when the registration period ends. This tournament features significantly more gimmick & reading maps than a traditional tournament.
