[Multimode] Seventh LAN osu! Winter

osu!UCI is excited to host the Seventh LAN osu! Winter (SLOW) at the University of California, Irvine! osu!standard is a 16 person double elimination tournament bracket. The top 16 players of the qualifier lobbies will be seeded by average placement per qualifier map and placed in the bracket. osu!mania4K is an 8 person double elimination tournament bracket. The top 8 players of the qualifier lobbies will be seeded by average placement per qualifier map and placed in the bracket.
