[osu!std] Dio's Bizarre Holiday Singles

This is a 1v1 open rank international osu! standard tournament played with No Fail enabled on scorev2. Many mappools will have completely unorthodox maps or themed gimmicks throughout the mappool. All players must join the discord server; otherwise, your registration is void. There will be two tiers with 64 players each.
