[osu!std] Spring Flower Scramble: Suisen

This is a Canadian only open rank tournament, individual signups to enter. Only Canadian players are eligible to sign up and participate. A player's osu profile must have the Canadian flag. An international player currently residing in Canada is eligible to play, but must provide proof. (We will need you to send a picture of your student ID and provide a timestamp of the date and your username to an admin).
