[osu!std] Double Yolk Cup 2

This is a 2v2, international osu!standard tournament consisting of 64 teams. The minimum combined rank of both players is 1000, and we will take the top 64 teams based on total pp at the end of the signup period. This means total rank must be 1000 or greater.
