[Multimode] Highlander Con osu! LAN Tournament 2017 (THICCC)

Hello again! For the second year in a row, Highlander Gaming at University of California Riverside is hosting a LAN event in the month of October, in which osu! will be included in the venue again! As the tournament organizer, I hope to see many people from Southern California to be there and come chill with us :) This year, both osu!standard and osu!mania will have tournaments.
