[osu!std] Fre n Farrel's Tournament Winter 2019

This is a 2v2 double elimination, international tournament with minimum 2 players and 4 players max. We are looking for 16 teams, more than that we will hold qualifiers. Matches are going to be TeamVS and ScoreV2. The Rank Limit is 10k-50k with a 500 rank buffer.
