[osu!std] Suiji Spring Cup 2017

This is a 4v4 double-elimination tournament. This is an osu!standard tournament. The tournament is open globally, anybody can participate regardless of country or rank. Players will sign up individually and will be assigned a team, they will be assigned on stream. Teams are Randomized, there will be 4 players per team.
