[osu!std] Old Map Fantasy Tournament 3

Welcome to the third edition of OMF ! This time I steal take the concept of Pick Me Up, a tournament made by Betwin. It's still about old maps (that means 2007 - 2011) and it's a good way to learn about new maps, improve your skills on low ar and meet a lot of new people ! So what is PMU ? PMU is a tournament with a special format, in which each rank range have a Qualifiers, then teams are formed of two players from each range (so 8 players per team) by a Draft for final stage (Group Stage => Grand Finals) Captain are decided by me to avoid fraud on qualifiers.
