[osu!std] Australia Duo Cup 2020

This is an osu!standard, score v2 tournament. This will be a 2v2 tournament with teams of 2 players, where at least one player must have an australian flag on their profile, and the other player can be international. The tournament will have a maximum of 64 teams decided by qualifier results.
