[osu!std] DJ Fall Northern Cup 2020

This is a 2v2, ScoreV2, team vs osu!std tournament. Teams must have between 2 and 4 players. Players must be between rank 1 and rank 10,000 at the time registrations close. The NoFail mod will be forced on every map except on freemod, where it is recommended to pick it. BWS is applied with no rank buffer.
