[osu!std] osu! Heroes 2021

This is a mod-based, team, 1v1 tournament, loosely based on the concept of the game Sonic Heroes, hence the name. Teams will consist of one HD player, one HR player, and one DT player. Each pick will be played 1v1, and the mod used for each pick will match the map picked from the mappool.
