[osu!std] Dolphin’s Summer Duo Tournament

This is an Osu! Standard 2v2 team tournament. Teams will consist of 2-3 players. Captains register their entire team, teams cannot be modified after registrations close. The entire tournament will be played in Scorev2 The rank range is 10k-50k, with a buffer range of 500. Players must be within this range at the time of registration, and registration end. This tournament will use a badge weighting system. The following formula will be used to determine BWS ranks: Rank^0.9937^(badges*(badges+1)/2)
