[osu!std] Dolphin's Spring Tournament 2019

This is an Osu! Standard 1v1 double elimination tournament. The entire tournament will be played in Scorev2 The rank range is 10k-35k, with a buffer range of 500. Players must be within this range at the time of registration, and registration end.
