[osu!std] Dolphin's Winter Tournament 2

This is an Osu! Standard 4v4 team tournament. Teams will consist of 4-8 players. Captains register their entire team, teams cannot be modified after registrations close. The entire tournament will be played in Scorev2 The rank range is 10k-50k, there is no buffer. Players must be within this range at the time of registration, and registration end. This tournament will use a badge weighting system. The following formula will be used to determine BWS ranks: rank^(0.99^(badges^2))
