[osu!std] SOSC Spring 2021

Sirek's Osu! Seasonal Cup (SOSC) is an international 2v2 RANDOM TEAM osu!standard double-elimination tournament. It will be using Score V2 as the win condition. The main goal of this tournament is in making new bonds between players and giving ALL participants a chance of winning. Only players with a global ranking of #50,000 to #125,000 with BWS applied can participate in this tournament (rank^(0.99^(badges*(badges+1)/2)).
