[osu!std] Maple Cup 2021

This is a 1v1 double-elimination tournament. This is an osu!standard tournament. This is a Canadian-only tournament. You require either a Canadian flag or proof that you are residing in Canada within the duration of the tournament. The tournament will be played in ScoreV2. There will be no rank limit, but not every player signed-up is guaranteed to play.
