[osu!std] North America Duo Tournament 2020

This is a 2v2 double-elimination tournament. This is an osu!standard tournament. This tournament is for North American players only. A list of North American countries can be found here. There is no rank limit, and a qualifier round will be used to seed the top 32 teams into a bracket. The tournament will be played in scorev2. There will be no group stage in this tournament.
