[osu!std] North America Tournament 2021

This 1v1 tournament will begin the July 3rd.
The tournament will consist of both a Qualifier Stage and an Elimination Stage.
The Elimination Stage will be a Standard Double Elimination.
The scoring system is Head to Head + Score V2.
The elimination stage will have 64 players who are seeded by qualifier scores.
