[osu!std] Kay's Finesse Cup

This is an international, 2v2 tournament with team sizes of 2 - 3 players rank #1 - 15,000 BWS. All matches will be played using Team VS, ScoreV2. The win condition shall be average accuracy. Captains must join the Discord server before the end of registration or else their team’s registration shall be considered void. The top 32 teams will advance to the first round of bracket stage.
