[osu!catch] Catch Suiji Tournament 3

The chinese word 'Suiji' (随机) means 'random'. This tournament consists of teams. The teams, which will be created here, contains of random players. The players also don't know who will be their teammates. After releasing the teams it will be a normal 3v3 tournament with a double-elemination bracket.
