[osu!std] osu! New Zealand Open/5-digit Tournament 2022

This is an osu!standard, 1v1, NZ only tournament. All signups must have a New Zealand flag on their profile. There are two separate divisions. The rank ranges are Open Rank and #10,000+ with no BWS and no rank buffer. Both divisions will have the same rules and act as separate tournaments. Players may sign up for both divisions if eligible.
