[osu!std] osu! Balkan Cup 2020

OBC is a 2v2 (with 1 substitute) osu! tournament in osu! Standard. Only players from Ex-Yu countries can apply. Those are Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosovo. There are no requirements other than the country one. Take note that the tournament is 2v2 but the team size is 2+1, which means 3 people are required for each team. Every teams must have 1 substitute! Why is this you might ask? - To avoid reschedules and maybe introduce some strategy elements into picks/bans/preparations.
