[osu!catch] osu!catch Draft Tournament

Hello and welcome to the first Season of the osu!catch Draft Tournament. You may ask, what is osu!catch Draft Tournament? Well, first you will be playing a single Qualifier phase. After the Qualifier phase, teams will be drafted by the top 16 highest ranked players (based on pp), which will be the captains of the team. Once teams have been formed, the qualifier results will be used to give those teams a seed and based on that the brackets will be formed.
