[osu!std] Revoh's Spring Duos

revoh’s spring duos is an international osu! standard 2v2 tournament using ScoreV2 and Team VS Failed scores count. #950-#20000 rank range. Teams of 4, minimum team size of 2. Qualifiers into a 64-Player* (see schedule section) double elimination bracket. Captains must join the Discord server or else their registration will not be considered. All times are in UTC. Staff are prohibited from signing up to this tournament with the exception of Streamers and Commentators. HD is optional on EVERY map but there is no HD pool (0.95x multiplier to score so there is no HD bonus). To accommodate for no HD pool, other pools will be expanded upon to fill skillsets. No BWS.
