[osu!std] Logical osu!Cup Spring 2022

This is a 2v2, ScoreV2, team vs osu!std tournament. Teams must have between 2 and 4 players. Players must be between rank 10,000 and rank 50,000 at the time registrations close. The NoFail mod will be forced on every map except on freemod, where it is recommended to pick it. BWS is applied with no rank buffer. All players must join the discord server; otherwise, your registration is invalid. The tournament will have a qualfiers stage followed by a double elimination bracket starting at RO32. There will be a bracket reset in the Grand Finals if the winner of losers bracket wins the match.
