[osu!std] ExImperia's Singapore Special Tournament 2

This tournament is a team registration, 2v2, Scorev2, Team Vs osu!std tournament. This tournament will be played in teams of 2. Players will have to form teams of 2 prior to the tournament. The tournament is open rank, but average rank limit for teams is >=#3000 (BWS). Teams have to stay within this rank limit until registrations are over, where they are allowed to exceed the limit. BWS will be enforced using the formula Rank^(0.9937^(badges^2)). This tournament is only open to Singaporean players. Qualifiers will determine top 32 teams to advance to the Double Elimination bracket.
