[osu!std] The All Rounder #3

Bring it back This is an osu!standard 1v1, Score V2, Double Elimination tournament held for 2 different divisions of players this time! Division 1 will allow players between Global Rank 2,500 - 10,000 Division 2 will allow players between Global Rank 10,000+ Any player that is below the rank for Division 1 can still transfer into Division 1 by asking for the switch. Players from Division 1 cannot go down to Division 2. The All Rounder, a short summary TAR started as a tournament meant to test the overall abilities of 5 digit players in a competitive setting. Over time, it has evolved to push the boundaries of player skill regardless of their global ranking.
