[osu!std] osu! Quarterly Cup 2

General Info osu! Quarterly Cup 2 is a 3v3 osu!standard tournament with teams of five (5). The rank range of the tournament is 10,000 - 200,000. BWS will be implemented. BWS Formula = rank^(0.9937^(badges^2)/1). Tournament will undergo official osu! staff screening. ScoreV2 will be implemented in every match. All mappools will be composed of only maps that got ranked/loved in the previous three months.
