[osu!std] South African osu! Tournament 4

Matches and Qualifier would take place over the weekends from Friday to Sunday. Exceptions may be issued for emergencies. The tourney has 2 separate divisions namely LEGENDS and DIV 1. All players would go through the same qualifier for division placement. Top 32 players in LEGENDS and the remaining 64 (or 128, depending on numbers) players would be in DIV 1 LEGENDS is double-elimination which means each player would have to have 2 losses before elimination. Players who have lost a match would carry on playing in the Losers Bracket. DIV 1 is single-elimination which means you get eliminated if you lose.
