[osu!std] Belgian osu! Cup 2018

It's a 1v1, osu!standard tournament. The tournament consists of 2 phases, a group stage (Round Robin), and the playoffs (Double Elimination). Only players with a Belgian flag can participate. All staff members except streamers / commentators are not allowed to participate. There is a cap of 64 players that can participate. The first 64 that sign up can participate.
