[osu!std] Belgian osu! Cup 2021

Welcome to the fifth edition of the Belgian osu Cup! Small changes compared to last year and a new host! 1v1 osu! standard tournament for belgian players. It will start with a qualifiers stage and proceed into a 16-64 player double elimination bracket stage with bracket reset. Score v2 will be used throughout the entire tournament. Any number of players can sign up. Joining the discord server is required to be elligible for play.
