[osu!std] Belgian osu! Cup

After a couple of years of silence, a group of Belgian players have finally decided that this inactive country has to come back to life. After hosting a smaller tournament earlier in the year I personally have set my goals to make a tournament on a much larger scale than the previous one. Now with the help of a sizable amount of staff members, we will be hosting a national championship type of tournament to unlink the association of the word 'Inactive' and 'Belgium'. It's a 1v1, osu!standard tournament. Score V2 will be used as scoring system. The tournament consists of 2 phases, a group stage (Round Robin), and the playoffs (Double Elimination). Only Belgian players can participate.
