[osu!std] Deko’s Temptation Tournament

a 2v2 osu!standard international tournament, with the maximum team size of 3 all maps will be played with ScoreV2 and NF the rank range will be 2,500 to 9,999 with no rank buffer a much harsher BWS will be applied, the formula being rank*(1.35)^(-badges) round of 32, the top 32 teams will face off in a double elimination bracket players outside of the rank range are allowed to sign up, but they must strictly be within the rank range by the end of registrations in order to be eligible to participate
